Ceremonies come in many different forms. They can be happy or solemn, depending on the type. I can capture the event for you, whether it be a Retirement, Graduation, Celebration of Life or Military Commitment Ceremony. All of these are a “celebration” of someone who is or was near and dear to your heart. You have enough to think about during this time, so allow me to to capture those memories for you to share with others, so that friends and family may know the amazing person you are celebrating. My goal is to be invisible throughout these ceremonies, so as to pay the deepest respect to the one you love.

Rustic Site Venue
As a professional photographer, it can be difficult to find a beautiful and rustic setting. When we purchased our property, we knew it was a diamond in the rough. We created a wonderful environment that we, as well as our pets, would enjoy walking around and exploring. We would love to share this environment with other professional photographers that are looking for a rustic setting per their clients requests. We take pride in our property and it has already been the backdrop for many of my photos to this date.

Ed Alvarez has been a professional photographer In San Diego for over 10 years. Ed specializes in portrait and lifestyle photography. One of his clients requested a serene, rustic environment to take a series of family photos and he reached out to our site, noticing that we had such an environment. He visited our venue prior to his photo session to assess the property, and to review the lighting during the golden hour. Ed’s vision and talent captured this family beautifully on our property, and we could not be more proud of his efforts to not only capture this gorgeous family, but to show how beautiful our property is for a rustic, country photography venue. I carry my camera everywhere I go. I have been able to capture some wonderful images throughout my travels. My artwork medium is the camera, and my paintings are the images captured through the lenses. Please browse through some prints that I sell, in 5x7 and 8x10 formats. Each print comes in a beautiful white beveled mat. A 5x7 photo mats out to an 8x10 frame and an 8x10 photo mats out to an 11x14 frame. Charity work
I am honored and humbled when asked to do charity work for non-profit organizations. My passion for the animal kingdom prompted me to help in the building of photographic and video promotional materials for the SNAP (Spay Neuter Action Project) in the San Diego County area. They were in need of material to show donors what their mission is all about and to help gain needed funds to keep their project alive and thriving. This organization helps thousands of people to affordably spay and neuter cats, dogs and rabbits, to assist in population control and keep the shelters from euthanizing due to overcrowding. The SNAP organization is also involved in vaccine and microchip clinics which aid in the health and well-being of pets as well as keeping pets trackable in an unforeseen event.

Creating a wedding experience for you is a top priority for me. I carefully work with you to understand your needs and the complete memory you want to convey for this very special day. I enjoy the entire experience, from the bride preparing for the wedding, the groom relaxing with their group, through the final dancing at the end of the day or night. ENGAGEMENT
For me, the engagement photo session is a wonderful precursor to the wedding photo session. The engagement session is where I can get to know the couple and their personalities. I can fit my style of photography to their liking and get to know who they really are. It’s a great way to become acquainted and learn about each other!
